SECURITY IN PURCHASE

Most orders require 1-2 business days to process from the time of purchase (BRT -03:00). We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
National orders will be shipped by PAC, Sedex or SEDEX 10 (at the customer's discretion) and international orders will be shipped in the EMS, ECONOMIC or FEDEX category (at the customer's discretion).

The delivery time for Products is 20 business days, if the quantity of pieces requested in the order is greater than or equal to 4, it may take longer to be sent. There is this stipulated time for sending the order due to all of them being made by hand for the Soul Zen customer and because we do not work with stock. All products are made on demand.
MERCHANDISE SHIPPING LOGISTICS
Upon closing the purchase on our e-commerce, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a link to view tracking information once their order is sent. It is the responsibility of the customers to track and receive the package. If the Post Office is not met on the day of delivery, it will make 2 (two) more attempts, if there is no success in delivery, the package returns to Soul Zen and thus, it is necessary to have a request from the customer for resending the item. The customer will be responsible for the cost of resending.
If a package could not be delivered to the customer due to the customer's failure (i.e., incorrect address/international tax not paid) the product is sent back to Soul Zen and we will notify the customer via email with the option to resend the merchandise. The cost will be the customer's responsibility.
If a package could not be delivered to the customer due to Soul Zen's failure (i.e., incorrect address inserted [different from the one described in the order] or some damage to the product) the product is sent back to Soul Zen and we will notify the customer via email with the option to resend the merchandise, and if they want to add more products, wait for the customer to make a purchase within 5 business days, if they do not make a purchase again, we send the product back. The cost will be Soul Zen's responsibility.
