In order to make the exchange please fill out the form on this page by clicking here but before check the requirements for the exchange happens.

IMPORTANT: If the exchange is for a different size, leave your exact measurements so that we can adjust it to your needs (Height, Bust and Flanks, all in centimeters)

P.S.: Crochet ones we exchange for clothes or another crochet piece. Clothing might be exchanged for only another piece of clothing

Conditions/requirements to make the exchange:

  • Exchange can be made within 7 business days after receiving the product;
  • Orders made through promos are not valid for exchange;
  • The part can be no malfunction;
  • The piece may not have been washed.

When does the customer not pay for shipping?
In case of exchange for bad part condition (fault), we pay the freight back

When is the cost of the customer?
In case of regret or if the size was not ideal.


The second step of the exchange process is as follows:

  • Send us back the product you wish to exchange to the address below and attached the proof of shipment with the tracking code;
  • When we receive the product we will analyze and if everything is ok;
  • We issue an invoice to your registered email for payment of the shipping back;
  • When the payment go through we ship the exchanged product within 2 business days.

If the problem is a damaged product, disregard elements 3 and 4, and send us a picture of what happened to the product.
